Thor's Hammer - 3kg bone in shin of beef.
Recipe
Take your 3kg bone in shin of beef and cook for 5 hours in vegetable stock in the oven at 180 degree celsius.
Cool down
Brush with Dijon mustard and add rosemary
Warm up slow for 90 minutes in a oven of 140 degrees celsius
Enjoy!
Mouth watering Skewers
Discover our new skewers online! As the lighter nights appear and hopefully some sunny weather, we can start thinking about barbecues and campfires which can be enjoyed with a selection of food from Tunstall Meat Company. Why not try our new delicious skewers which can be cooked over coals or flame? But don’t worry if it’s raining you can always cook them over the grill and enjoy a night at home with tasty treats.
All of our skewers can be marinated with the following flavours - Chinese, fajitas, garlic butter, piri piri, salt and pepper, bbq, tikka, shoarma, sweet chilli or teriyaki!

Puffin Packaging
This week it was World Earth Day. It’s important to us to do our bit for the environment. If you’ve purchased from us, and received your order via courier, you will have noticed we use Puffin Packaging. The packaging is made from 100% sheep's wool, a natural insulator that is far more effective at keeping produce at the correct temperature than other insulation. 100% compostable and biodegradable.
Plus you can reuse your packaging; take out the wool and lay it to stop weed growth or padding for plants!
