Shipping policy

This depends if you require local delivery (free within certain postcodes surrounding Richmond, North Yorkshire) or if you live further away in which case we will be sending your order with our courier.

LOCAL DELIVERIES: We deliver for free to the following postcodes, All DL and HG Postcodes (for deliveries beyond this area, we use a courier, see below);

• Min spend £40 to qualify for free delivery. 
• Your order will arrive within 48hrs  (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays).
• It will arrive in our complimentary cool bag for you to keep. 
• If you would like to leave instructions regarding where best to leave it, you can enter this in the comments box in the checkout.

 

NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES: 

• If you require delivery outside the DL or HG Postcode in North Yorkshire then the following applies.  Free delivery on orders over £75, otherwise a £12 delivery charge. 
• Postcodes in Northern Scotland and the Highlands and Islands incur a further delivery charge and may not be possible due to extended delivery time.  Please call the shop to enquire - 01748 822998
• We are unable to deliver to the Hebrides as the delivery time is too long.
• Your order will arrive within 48hrs (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays).
• Orders received after midday on a Thursday will be despatched on Monday.
• No signature required.  
• To help the environment we use biodegradable sheep's wool insulation as packaging for our meat boxes and recyclable trays.
• Your fresh meat will arrive in perfect chilled condition ready to cook or freeze.
