The king of the Sunday roast and of course the Christmas lunch. Our rib of beef is cut from beef supplied by our farm, then butchered by hand in our Richmond shop. Cooking it on the bone keeps the meat juicy and adds a deep, savoury flavour, and the natural marbling bastes the joint as it roasts. The result is tender, richly flavoured beef with a crisp, golden outside.
