As well as the more traditional types of sausage we also sell a couple of alternative flavours;
Merguez sausage is heavily spiced with cumin and chilli pepper which gives it its characteristic piquancy and red colour as well as other spices such as sumac, fennel, and garlic.
Toulouse sausage has a unique flavour due to it's mix of pork, wine, garlic, herbs and spices.
