Classic Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients

1kg Tunstall grass-fed beef cubed

4 Medium potatoes, diced

3 carrots, sliced

2 onions chopped

4 gloves of garlic, minced

1 litre beef stock

Fresh thyme, salt and Pepper to taste

In a large pot, brown the beef on all sides.

Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.

Stir in the carrots and potatoes, then pour in the beef stock.

Season with thyme, salt and pepper.

Simmer for 2-3 hours until the beef is tender, serve with crusty bread.
