Storage
Keep frozen. Once defrosted and opened, use within 72 hours.
Defrost fully in the fridge (0°C–5°C) before use.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Suitable for freezing for up to 6 months.
Cooking Instructions
Reheat to a core temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds before serving.
